Receiving & Inspecting Your Delivery
Upon receipt of your order—especially materials delivered via freight—please take the time to inspect all packages before signing the delivery receipt.
Delivery Time & Presence: For all freight and bulky material orders, the carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a specific delivery window. It is essential that you or an authorized representative is present during this scheduled time to conduct the inspection and sign the proof of delivery (POD).
Missing or Damaged Items: If you notice any damage or missing packages, make a note of it directly on the carrier's delivery receipt (POD) before signing, and contact TradeCore Support immediately. This allows us to process a claim and dispatch replacement items as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your entire order.
Tools & Hardware: Standard shipping rates apply.
Materials (Freight): Due to the specialized nature of material transport, separate freight costs will be clearly displayed for bulky items.
